Overview
The House of AMOUAGE is recruiting a manager to own the accounting, tracking and control of fixed and intangible assets across all its entities and locations. The role keeps the ERP asset register accurate and aligned with IFRS.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain complete fixed asset records in Dynamics 365 across all group entities
- Run and review monthly depreciation and ledger postings
- Manage the intangible asset register and amortisation
- Review asset additions, transfers, disposals and write-offs
- Keep the asset control policy aligned with IAS 16, 38 and 36
- Ensure segregation of duties and approval controls across the asset lifecycle
Requirements
- 5-7 years in fixed asset accounting or asset control
- Experience in a multi-entity or multi-location organisation
- Working knowledge of IFRS asset standards
- Hands-on ERP experience, ideally Dynamics 365 F&O
- Strong attention to detail and internal control mindset
