HireTalent does not require accounts and does not process job applications. We only process information you choose to send us through our forms.
What we collect
- Advertising requests: company and contact details, vacancy details and your payment receipt.
- Removal requests: your name, organisation, contact details, reason and supporting documents.
- Reports: the report details and, optionally, your email.
- Job alerts: your name, contact details, nationality, job preferences, education, work experience and, optionally, your CV. We use them to email you matching vacancies and to connect you with job opportunities (see “Sharing your information”).
- Technical data: your IP address and basic server logs, used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To review and process your request, publish your advert, verify payments, send you job alerts and — if you agreed — occasional news, connect you with job opportunities, and keep the platform safe. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing your information
Our purpose is to help you find work, so your information may be shared when it serves that purpose:
- Employers and recruiters: if you sign up for job alerts, we may share your profile and CV with prospective employers, recruitment agencies licensed in Oman and carefully selected partners that offer genuine job opportunities matching your profile.
- Service providers: trusted providers that help us run the service (hosting, email delivery and secure cloud storage of CVs) process data on our behalf.
- Legal requirements: where the law or a competent authority requires it.
We share only what is relevant to finding you work, recipients may use it only for recruitment purposes, and we never sell your information for unrelated advertising. You can ask us at any time to stop sharing your details or to delete them — every alert email has an “Update my details” and an “Unsubscribe” link.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on servers controlled by Yazdan Trading & Investment SPC and accessible only to authorised staff. Uploaded documents are not publicly accessible. We keep records only as long as necessary for the purposes above and our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info [at] hiretalent.om.
