1. Nature of the service
HireTalent.om (“HireTalent”, “we”, “us”) is an online information platform operated by Yazdan Trading & Investment SPC, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. HireTalent is not a licensed recruitment agency, employment office, manpower supplier or labour broker, and does not hold itself out as one. We do not recruit, select, employ, sponsor, place or transfer workers, we do not issue or process work permits or visas, and we do not act as an agent of any employer or candidate.
2. Source of listings
Vacancies on HireTalent are either (a) compiled by our editorial team from information that has been made publicly available by employers, their career pages or third-party job portals, or (b) submitted by advertisers. Listings are summarised and translated for convenience and are published for general information purposes only. Each curated listing identifies and links to its original source. The original advert prevails over our summary in case of any difference.
3. No verification, endorsement or guarantee
We do not verify the identity of employers or advertisers, the existence, terms or availability of any vacancy, or the accuracy, completeness or legality of any listing. The appearance of a vacancy does not constitute an offer of employment, an endorsement or a recommendation. We give no warranty that any vacancy is open, that any application will be considered, or that any outcome will result.
4. No affiliation
Company names, trade names, logos and trademarks mentioned on HireTalent belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the employer of a publicly advertised vacancy. HireTalent is not affiliated with, sponsored by or acting on behalf of any company mentioned unless this is expressly stated.
5. Applications and your responsibility
HireTalent does not receive or process job applications. Applications are made directly with the employer or the original publisher, under their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for independently verifying any employer, job offer, contract, salary and working conditions before sharing personal data, accepting an offer or travelling. Never pay any fee, deposit or charge to apply for a job, obtain a visa or secure employment. If you are asked to do so, stop and report the advert to us and, where appropriate, to the competent authorities.
6. Advertiser responsibility
Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their adverts and for complying with all applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman, including labour, Omanisation and anti-discrimination requirements. Fees paid to HireTalent are advertising and coordination fees only. Where an employer selects the optional recruitment-agent service, our representative only liaises with recruitment agencies licensed in Oman on the employer’s behalf; any recruitment activity is carried out by those licensed agencies under their own responsibility and terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yazdan Trading & Investment SPC, its owners, managers, staff and partners are not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect or consequential — arising from the use of, or reliance on, this website or any listing, including loss arising from dealings between job seekers and employers, advertisers or third parties, or from any fraudulent advert published by a third party. Your use of this website is entirely at your own risk.
8. Removal and reporting
If you are an employer or the owner of an advert and do not wish it to appear on HireTalent, use the “Request removal” button on the advert. The listing is taken offline immediately while we review the request. Anyone may report a listing using the “Report this advert” button.
