Overview
TAT IT Technologies has an urgent contract opening in Muscat for a senior ServiceNow specialist at a banking client. The specialist will implement, customise, integrate and support a self-hosted, on-premises ServiceNow platform.
Key responsibilities
- Run and upgrade on-premises ServiceNow nodes, databases and MID servers
- Configure incident, problem, change and release workflows with CAB approvals

Requirements
