Stay safe from job scams

Your safety matters to us. Our team reviews adverts that employers post, and anyone can report a suspicious advert. Please also protect yourself with these simple rules.

The golden rule

Warning signs

• You are asked to pay or transfer money, or to buy something, before or after an interview.
• An offer arrives without any interview, or the salary is far higher than normal.
• The contact uses only WhatsApp or a personal email and avoids giving a company name, address or CR number.
• You are pressured to decide or send documents immediately.
• You are asked for bank card details, passwords or one-time codes.

Protect yourself

1. Check the company: website, address and Commercial Registration.
2. Share copies of your passport or ID only when you are sure the employer is real, and never your bank or card PIN.
3. Prefer interviews at the company office or on an official video call.
4. If something feels wrong, stop and report it.
