Flamingo, a company specialized in industrial construction, is seeking a skilled Industrial Architecture Engineer with strong capabilities in 3D concept design, site analysis, and project cost estimation to join our technical team.
Key Responsibilities

Attend client meetings and conduct accurate project needs assessment

Analyze site information and prepare initial layout on the client’s land sketch

Develop 3D concept designs for industrial structures including steel buildings, K-Span units, and related facilities

Prepare cost estimations based on Flamingo’s pricing standards and technical criteria

Create quotations and professional project proposals for clients

Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to finalize project designs
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

Strong ability to create fast and accurate concept designs

Understanding of industrial structures and site planning principles

Excellent spatial awareness and design presentation skills

Strong communication skills for client-facing sessions

Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines
