Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring the office runs efficiently.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them appropriately.
- Scheduling: Organize and manage meetings, appointments, and team calendars, ensuring all schedules are up to date.
- Documentation: Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation, both physical and digital.
- Client Support: Greet visitors, assist clients, and provide them with necessary information or support.
- Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other official documents.
- Coordination: Act as a point of contact between various departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
Requirements:
- Nationality: Only candidates of Filipino nationality will be considered.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic will be an advantage.
