Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Handle incoming calls and provide professional advice and solutions based on the client’s needs and inquiries.
- Feedback Management: Respond effectively to feedback and questions generated from advertising campaigns and company inputs.
- Language Proficiency: Ensure all communications in Persian are clear, professional, and client-focused. Proficiency in English and Arabic is considered an advantage and will enhance your performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure all client inquiries are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for company use and improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Persian is mandatory. Additional proficiency in English and Arabic is a significant advantage.
