Getting started with HireTalent

HireTalent.om is a bilingual job board for the Sultanate of Oman. Job seekers search vacancies, get job alerts and build a CV. Employers post vacancies that our team reviews before they go live. Everything works in English and Arabic, on a computer or a phone.

The menu at the top

On a computer, the header shows Find jobs, CV builder, Job alerts and Blog. On the right you will find the language and currency button (EN · OMR), Sign in / Join (or My account once you are signed in) and Post a job.

On a phone, tap the menu button (three lines) to open the full menu with Sign in and Create account. A tab bar at the bottom gives one-tap access to Home, Jobs, Post, Alerts and Blog.

Language and currency

1. Click the globe button (EN · OMR) in the header.
2. Choose English or العربية. The same page opens in the other language.
3. Choose OMR or USD. In USD, salaries are shown as an approximate conversion (marked with ≈).

Create the right free account

Go to Create account and choose how you want to use HireTalent:

• I am looking for a job — get matching jobs by email, see how to apply and build your CV. See Your job profile.
• I want to hire — post vacancies and follow your adverts. See Post a job.

After you sign up we send you an email to confirm your address — see Confirm your email address.
